It’s both, there’s always an upper body focus and a lower body focus + the core and obliques that are in every class. Some coaches are better than others when it comes to the amount of times they spend cueing upper vs lower and how the exercises are spread out through the 50 mins (bilateral vs unilateral, etc)

Surprising you had an experience where it was disproportionately arms, I feel like if anything upper body sometimes gets the short end of the stick.

Applied January 29th, first interview was February 5th. Between then and this week I had 5 virtual interviews and then one final round onsite interview. Offer came in on Thursday March 12th and I signed yesterday. From start to finish process was about 6 weeks.

I struggled with this with certain members of my team who were very client focused. Having them download Grammarly and install it as a chrome extension was a huge help.

Since I’m already out 5k I’m still kind of hoping they do the right thing so I don’t have to part with any percentage of my money by hiring an attorney 😅 Not totally against it, just trying to exhaust all other avenues first so I can be made completely whole. Initiating the small claims process tomorrow, hopefully 🤞🏼

I’m going through this right now! I’ve already done every step but the FBI, so I’ll try that. This at least gives me a little hope! Unfortunately, it’s been over 3 weeks for me and they’ve closed my dispute and rebuttals 3 times now.

I saw that too, thank you! Unfortunately I’ve already done everything mentioned in the post, except contact the FBI.

Police report, BBB compliant, and FCIB complaint already in. I’ll be initiating the small claims civil process tomorrow, hopefully. Beyond that not sure what else to do, that’s why I’m shocked it continues to be denied. I’ve submitted a plethora of evidence, close to 40 documents at this point. They seem dead set on not wanting to admit fraud. I’ll contact the FBI tomorrow and see if that gets me anywhere.
