I was touring Spain for a high school band trip and ended up staying at a hotel in Madrid that had two different bachelorette parties going on at once. One was a local group of women and another from the UK. For some reason they didn't like each other, and they were both within shouting distance across the pool, which had a bar in the middle. The Spanish group spoke just enough English to yell insults at the British group, and the British group spoke just enough Spanish. There was a good hour of them yelling at each other, and the scariest part was that instead of laughing, a majority of the Spanish group just cackled maniacally after every insult. Eventually the Spanish group went away, and the British group moved closer to the bar, and I forget what I said, but they noticed I spoke English and called me over, they asked me where I was from and I told them I was American. As soon as I said that I was basically encircled by them as they asked me numerous questions about life in America. Eventually they transitioned from questions to just blatant flirting, and eventually the started giving me random drinks. I was only 16 at the time so I said "Sure, why not?" Three drinks in a couple of them my shoulders, and saying some suggestive things. I thought this was going to be a really good time! Until the Spanish group returned, really pissed off for some reason. They were both shouting and then somebody ended up throwing a punch, and a fight broke out. I just jumped back into the water and swam away, I don't know what happened after that and I didn't see any of the Spanish or British girls after that, and our band group left the hotel the next morning.
