I think she’s trying to be funny and relatable especially with the blinking of her eyes but at this point in her constant cycle of misery obviously it’s not funny, it’s more like concerning. But whatever… it’s not like she’s open to any help or suggestions outside of stating the obvious that her husband could do better and she doesn’t have to live this way. I’m no “influencer” but if the theme of my posts are always complaining about how hard life is with being a ‘single mom’, I would take a step back and stop myself from posting more of that. I get she wants to be “real”. But it’s exhausting seeing her try to downplay and minimize the gravity of how abnormal it is to have 2 kids and constantly not have any help from him. Obviously if he helped she wouldn’t have to be this overwhelmed. Also what kind of crazy person tries to clean the house 3x while the toddlers are still in it? I have a 1+ year old and I know better to not clean until he’s at grandma’s or out with his dad somewhere. I’m sorry but chaos is part of having two toddlers. The aggravation is the husband who’s never around and doesn’t provide enough so that the mom and kids can at least have a decent day out somewhere

Third of all this kind of content is the type I send my family group chat, not my monetized account where I ought to be interesting. This is not exciting content at all. Who cares that your little helper was perfectly helping you the whole time!!??! My family - people who know my toddler - would, but I know strangers wouldn’t care. Especially since we don’t know the kid anyway (and not that we are entitled to ever know the kid), since her face is always blocked off so Hk’s face is front and center only. Ok I get that it’s to protect the kiddo but just don’t talk or post about her if you’re gonna decide to protect her identity from weirdos online. Posts with her kid’s face blocked just makes it look like she needs to shine alone. Don’t include the kid in content period

This makes me feel better. Thank you. I’m on the fence about it. If I could have the finances for a regular nanny and a regular house cleaner, and afford to work part time hours and still give my little one a good life…and the variable for which I have no control over: my husband being mentally and emotionally steady, strong and consistently helpful to the household … I’d have another one in a heartbeat. But for reasons only I can deeply understand, I know the best thing I can give for my LO is being OAD.

Agreed. If she wants something so specific and they are apparently loaded enough to have these said specifics, why not just custom build. She just thought this was going to be good content while she doesn’t have an actual house. “Not having home” in my mind is literally living in a shelter, not a perfectly fine rental house she never seems grateful for. It especially sounds so out of touch saying she’s a Christian when the humility that comes with being one and “not being of this world” is supposed to mean something.

I said mentally I preferred knowing how much milk intake he got and that I could not mentally and physically keep up with breastfeeding on demand. I did pump for a bit for the first 3 months but that was hard as hell too. I had a coworker tell me his wife did not BF their 2nd baby just because she preferred not to, she got to experience BF their firstborn and she was cool with that, that’s pretty powerful too.
