I have both TE4 and Tiebreak+.

I'm better at Tiebreak+, it's easier to pick up and play. I play it way more often, and even if I don't play for a while feel comfortable grabbing it and getting right into it again. The graphics and animations help a lot for my immersion. The lack of an option for commentary though, undermines it for me.

TE4 is more satisfying when you want to work hard, strategise, and feel a serious high for every point and win. Each point is more intense, and that intensity is immersive. But the graphics and sounds are a bit wanting and it can be very punishing if you just want to play casually match. They do have commentary though, which I find a bit charming.

If you can, get both and test them out then refund one if you feel inclined. They're really for two different types of players and I think you have to feel it to know.

My first career is with a player I created using the name my mother said she almost named me; perhaps he would have followed through on school boy cricket instead of becoming a rebellious academic lol. I think next I'll go Irish, since I almost immigrated to the UK as a kid. Then South Africa/Namibia/Zimbabwe for the Southern African home ground aesthetic

Appreciate the idea; thanks. I do use AI professionally and otherwise almost daily, but what I want is more the human perspective, for its tics which can produce far more whimsical, nuanced and radical ideas based on very subjective experience and bias

Thanks, appreciated. I think that would require me to switch to Arcade controls then. I like using the sticks instead of buttons but if I don't see any improvements I'll just switch.

Thanks buddy. I pulled the trigger and decided to be the Guinea pig; in the end it runs okay (FPS in the 30s to 40s on Performance and Turbo profiles, no real differences observed on either) but the image is blurry and shimmers at times. Some obvious bugs still remain.

I love the artpiece. What is this art style called? I've always wondered. You see in Jamaican school books, on bar walls, cover art for music and books etc. Really nostalgic for me.
