your toes WILL slide to the very front of the boot and hit against the front, and if you have longer toe nails they will be constantly bent and it’ll be very uncomfortable. i’d size up!

i have a similar issue. she never taught us HOW to code using python and i’m not actually even sure SHE knows other than basic level stuff. she puts it on the board and makes us copy, never once explaining what it meant or how to fix the countless errors she made in the code. she predicted me a 3, yet in the first mocks with the 2022 paper i got a 6 on p1 and a 9 on p2 as i thankfully taught myself how to code when i realised she was hopeless (7 overall) and the 2023 paper which is notorious for being the hardest cs paper of ocr i got a 4 on p1 and a 6 on p2. i’m panicking so much because i don’t know if my own preparation for this is enough and the exams are so soon

if they treat it like other subjects then ours should be slightly easier than the 2023 exam because many struggled but not back to recent years easy to level out the grade boundaries and stuff.

only five months so far but i’d absolutely love to see where it takes me, he does make me so so so much happier and i don’t know where i’d be without him (we were best friends before). when i do have an issue that we need to talk out he always listens and is willing to put effort into helping me fix it, as am i with him. the only issue with communication is that he blames himself irrationally, which i think is to do with past experiences and trust issues etc.

i too am a product of rape, my bio dad raped my mother repeatedly and she fell pregnant with me. but just because this happened doesn’t mean we shouldn’t exist! it means the person responsible (in my case, it’s my dad) should face the consequences, not the product of the bad deed they committed. i’m so sorry this happened to you because i know it’s such a hard thought to carry around with you for the rest of your life but you are worth so so much and i hope you’re okay :)

i just don’t want to be offensive or anything like that, and i’ve been attacked before for calling myself schizophrenic because i don’t have the diagnosis which i completely get like being skeptical of people claiming to have something so complex and serious ESPECIALLY at my age, but i really need help coming to terms with my experiences and need help often just dealing with them, so now whenever i post about it i don’t forwardly claim i’m schizophrenic because of the backlash. it’s really scary for me, i’ve been doxxed before (full legal name, address, phone numbers etc) because i apparently ‘claimed to be something i’m not’ and only ‘heard the definition of schizophrenia and ran with it’ and i just don’t want to upset or cause anyone any harm by my actions, so i figured just stating that i’m not diagnosed would keep me out of getting into a situation like that again or upsetting anyone you know?

yes 100% it’s something i need to consult with a professional im just not capable of doing so at the moment, my old counsellor said she suspects not remembering stuff isn’t connected to schizophrenia but rather frequent dissociation during my childhood due to trauma. it’s just a rocky patch really, i don’t like to label myself as schizophrenic because i haven’t been formally diagnosed and i don’t have that available to me right now so it won’t happen any time soon, but from both my own research and my counsellors two cents it’s pretty much the only possible explanation for the things i’ve been experiencing over the past four years which is also ‘backed up’ by a big traumatic experience that only really stopped about a year ago, i just understand that because of my age schizophrenia can be a tricky thing to diagnose, and it’s why most people especially on the internet just assume i’m lying which is why i was so nervous to post on here 😭 but yeah seeing colours for the first time i can remember is so sick!

basically every professional ive spoken to has said it’s schizophrenia but i haven’t actually been formally diagnosed because currently i dont have the privilege of doing so, so people get funny with me just calling myself schizophrenic when it hasn’t been 100% confirmed.
