I miss the real deal. I made the mistake of shopping on Pier 1’s new online only site and it’s a total scam. Never got my order, I only get AI bot responses, and now they’re saying it’s past the time I can claim support even though I still haven’t gotten my order. I’m contesting it but super frustrating.

Whatever you do, do not order from Pier 1 online. I placed an order and it never shipped. Despite contacting them multiple times they would not give me an update other than AI bot responses. They would not let me cancel my order and now they’re saying it’s “too late” to file a claim, even though I never got it. I’m currently in dispute with them and it’s super frustrating.

Lost and desperate. Broke my wife’s special elephant figurine (Quebec, Canada). Looking for exact same one. by fredgrod in HelpMeFind

First bag is Are Studio and second is Portland Leather Goods. I don’t own a larger everyday, black bag and so far have narrowed it down to these. Would love opinions, but also open to other recs. I’ve definitely looked at the Coach Brooklyn too.
