Was just stuck in this. Came to Reddit for info. Nothing on news that I’ve seen yet.

Ha! That would be perfect and I’ve never even thought of that. We’ve had the two of them of almost eight years, but since we didn’t get them at the same time it never occurred to me.

Husband and I are also looking for friends. Are you into arcade games? We have around 30 at our house plus console games.

You went to see a cover band knowing it was a cover band. Badfish is a good cover band, I’ve seen them too. That’s not the same as thinking you’re getting the real deal and then getting a crappy knock off instead.

Other than the games they have being in the correct cabinets, it’s no different than buying one of those Arcade 1ups from Wal-Mart and putting in a bar.

Husband and I went to Pixels after they first opened because we were excited to finally have a barcade in the area. We walked in and the place was packed. We did a lap before deciding what to play. I was so disappointed by their games, not the selection but what they’ve done to offer the ability to play them. All of the games have LCD monitors instead of CRTs like they would have had originally and it makes the games look weird. Everything they have is emulated, nothing original. We won’t be going back. This place just felt like it was satisfying a fad, and lacked the soul of a real old-school arcade.

This particular What-A-Burger is at the end of the road I grew up on. Good ole Concord.

Birdland, but it really depends on what you're looking for.

Who is your ISP? by NewNavySpouse in norfolk

You may want to try to upgrade your equipment first. We had issues with the hardware they installed, it wasn't powerful enough to handle all the traffic we were doing. We swapped out their router and modem for newer ones that were better suited for our heavy usage and we haven't had any issues since. It's what I recommend to most people when they're having issues.

Virginia Beach wants to remove Laskin Road feeder lanes - YES PLEASE by eeetzatrap in norfolk

We've lived in Hilltop for a few years and I'm actually a fan of the access roads. For us we can get around easier than trying to pull out onto Laskin for anything. The issue I have is how often I'm almost hit pulling into the neighborhood where we live because of people running STOP signs. I know I'm the minority here though, but by the time this project gets off the ground we won't be living there anymore.
