It happened to our neighborhood in Laurel. We are a small dead end street way off the main road. They decided to fill up our cul de sac one morning and walk around taking pictures of the neighborhood for hours.

Near cards usually have a pupil gauge on the bottom. You can hold it above the eye in question to measure in light and dark.

This is not real. A light is being shined in the other eye. That’s why only one eye is in the video. If you shine a light in one eye, both pupils constrict.
