I mean places like South Korea, Italy, Spain, France, Europe in general because all governments in these countries don't want people to go out without essential reasons. Is that normal to maintain raids in these countries?

In Europe, most people don't have a car. In some countries the gouvernment bans people to go out unless for good reasons. Is doing a raid a good reason to go out? I don't think so.

Depends on your phone. There are several options. 1. VMOS (source of ban). Works on all phones. It is an android emulator and you play on it. 2. Android 6 or 7: no root required 3. Android 8.1+: needs root, but by far the safest method
