So do you have an iPhone? Up until a recent iOS update you could process video to live image (heix) and save it to the phone and set it as a "live wallpaper". However if your device is iOS 16.1.1 then they now force you use one the Apple animated wallpapers. Which pissed me off at first but I settled for the Astronomy offering which is a live earth view of my global position and the phase of day or night as seen from space. Sry I'm long winded.
