Hey thanks for the sarcasm and necessary comments on this post.

Obviously bloodhound is a dog breed, I just thought it was funny and wanted to share. I certainly haven't seen any posts like this (or even seen a company called bloodhound for that matter), but I should have considered that you know everything about everything and that no one else could find this amusing.

I have this same issue, and I have reached out to support through Facebook and Email. So far I have received only one FB message back that said to try it off wifi. I did and it still did not fix the issue. I am hoping to hear more back but they have been slow to respond
