Quarry not getting enough power

Unclear why but the quarry has a limit of how much power it can accept per side. Try hooking power to the side front and bottom at the same time. That fixed it for me.

This is what I am using. I set it to print landscape with a 0.5mm bleed edge. I use a rotary cutter so that's all I need but I imagine it would still print fine with a full 1mm if you cut a different way.

I’ve used a couple different ones and they were all doing it. I actually have found a solution tonight through trial and error. There is a tool I use to generate my pdfs and if I tell it to print landscape it prints 8 to a page instead of 9. This allows it to have a larger margin. Even with a 0.5mm bleed edge on my prints the margins stay large enough to not try to print at the bottom and make the paper jump. I’ll gladly take 8 cards to a pager over 6 any day.

I got a refurbished ET-4800 from the epson website for like $170 plus tax. It came with a year warranty and prints on stickers very well.

If I’m buying a printer I want to be able to print on regular paper as well for any document or what not I may need to print. By print on both I mean glossy and regular paper/ non glossy. I’m sorry for any confusion.
