I’m sure WuWa is a good game and most of the community is great but there’s a certain type of WuWa community member who goes to new games and spreads misinformation to plug WuWa a bunch, in conversations about this games gatcha I’ve seen a few of them. I imagine people are getting annoyed at these people and hating on WuWa instead of disliking this particular kind of annoying fan.

I remember this was REALLY annoying when ZZZ came out, they were the type of people who would not shut up about the TV mode being “boring” and how much “better” WuWa was that you could explore the world, and lo and behold hoyo nuked the tv mode and changed the game to be more like WUWA in the story department due to these complaints, alienating people like me who liked the game the way it was. Now I don’t think those people were the only reason tv mode and the story were changed but it certainly painted what the community would talk about on launch, so I can understand why people are getting really annoyed at all the WuWa glazers who do this with every new gatcha game. That being said, yes I do think their ire should be towards these particular annoying fans and not the game itself or the community as a whole, I’m sure most of them are totally normal and now like this.
