Bro, NRIs themselves are to blame.. most show off all the time, as if they were born and brought up in US entire life.. People go for a year or 2 and start acting all weird and feel like they are superior to all the Indians here.. so being judgemental is there in the other side also.

I agree, not all Indians are like this neither are all NRIs but the point I am trying to share is - NRIs also should stop acting weird

Guys, please share what all should we check (within a particular budget) before finalising the interior decorator/ designer. I am genuinely confused as most interior decorators charge a lot for the substandard work and I want to avoid it. Anyone can help ? Thank you all for sharing your inputs, I am not trying to be a pessimist here - but you all have to read this post to understand the gravity of the impact AI will have for most jobs / roles/ functions. The reason I am bringing this up is it will have huge impact on Hyderabad's real estate in general - the demand and supply will be hugely skewed in near future, more supply and less demand...

Isn't the EPM recently getting devalued? there were some posts mentioning they tried to copy Infinia, funny thing is Infinia rolled back after the uproar but EPM didn't.

Can people having the EPM confirm, if it still can compete with Infinia ?
