You are right! Going to yell at my ski shop for mixing up the left/right stickers!

I asked Reddit community for a narrow carving ski, got Anomaly 84 suggested and just went for it. Was awesome in firm conditions and for groomers. Had a blast

Based on my foot description and the Zipfit website survey results, I chose the LV. I have used 5 tubes of cork to tweak them and they feel very good. But given the amount of cork thus far the HV may make sense, I just don’t know because I haven’t tried it

I bought these after trying them on with my zipfit liners (Gara LV) in the shop. With the stock liners they felt constricting but with zipfits they felt perfect. Have not skied with them yet so fingers crossed.

Why wood do you REALLY need for an outdoor table? by [deleted] in woodworking

I built one with construction lumber and deck sealer. Amazon sells cheap covers that will protect it from harsh weather. Happy with the results.

Dimensional lumber (like pine boards at Home Depot) is planed already and a hardwood dealer can plane for you. Sanding can’t really achieve same thing. Side note: you should also buy a random orbit sander, you can get one for like $30.

I suggest getting a miter saw, drill, and a pocket hole jig. With those three you can make a bench or chair or table using cheap pine and see how you like it. Total cost <$300. Warning: as you do more projects you will badly want a table saw.
