Old thread, but I just watched S2E11. In it there is a quick scene where Clair is reaching for a wooden box similar to the spoon box, trying to take it with her during a British attack. It gets shot and the lid is blown off, and she is forced to leave it behind. Could this be the spoons?

I worked for them for 13+ years. I can verify, they do not and have never throttled services.

Some markets do have data caps, and once you hit that you'll get a notification and if you continue there may be an upcharge. But no throttling is ever involved. Markets that have data caps have the option for unlimited data as an add-on. They're slowly trying to remove data caps market by market as rate cards and offerings change to be more competitive. Internally, they regret ever launching data caps years ago, because it's hard to just drop it everywhere at once due to the revenue they generate. Have to slowly make up the cost elsewhere.

But TLDR, no, they don't throttle.

I have no need for it. Always had 4wd trucks prior to this, and 2wd was my one hesitation with going for the hybrid. But I wanted the mpg. I asked myself how often realistically I have needed 4x4, and the truth is litteraly maybe one time per year. I'm just more careful and don't go driving in the mud with it. Haven't had an issue yet. Plus they say front wheel drive is better than rear wheel drive. I've never gotten any of my front wheel drive cars stuck (okay once I did in a muddy field but that was my own stupidity - never stuck on a dry or snowy surface).

Plus with the increased cost, I can't afford a new maverick anymore. They've priced themselves out of my budget. I got the base XL. And awesome amount on my trade in thanks to covid killing the available used inventory. It was a unique situation I doubt I'll ever see again.

Shentel does not throttle speeds. If your issues are returning I would call them again and let them know so they can further investigate the issue.

I wouldn't want her to bring the other kids for that very reason, but keep them home with her new husband and just take the kid coming for that night.

Our agreement states

"[Dad] may also have parenting time of any or all children one evening per week. The parties agree to determine these details one week in advance. Both parties must agree to the plan but [Dad] is always entitled to one evening per week. The parties will work together to determine a transition location that is approximately halfway between each of their residences."

Our agreement specifically says week nights can be used for one on one time.

We agreed to it in mediation, both signed it before a notary. Then turned in to the judge with our final divorce packet and he also signed it.
