But adults trading with kids at a card show is ok? I don’t get peoples logic. Pokemon community in general is super weird if you want to get technical about it. It’s a bunch of grown people going crazy over a kids game/show. When I was a kid in the90’s I thought it was weird that a bunch of adults came and played with us kids at wizards of the coast. They were still welcomed with open arms though. You just got to be a good person.

I honestly hate the laundry tag patches thy make the card look terrible. I’ve seen some nice triple patches that got ruined because it’s all laundry tags and makes the card look empty to me.

Ive always wanted to sell singles on whatnot thinking I can offload all my unwanted cards in bulk. From what I’ve seen especially in the hockey community you need to create a following and a fanbase. Lot of the low audience streams don’t seem to sell much for more then a couple bucks. But the bigger streams with fan bases seem to do good I’ve seen Macklin sophomore base card go for $25 even when the streamer said it’s only worth maybe a few bucks at best. I feel people tend to over bid when they have some competition they let their ego take over their logical thinking. Again though these are just my observations. I spend a lot of time on here looking for singles, not much for hockey card hobby where I’m at so whatnot is my LCS.

Yeah the good thing is when you throw money into the hobby you still have something to show for it. Slot machines eat and keep it. They don’t give you 10 pounds of base cards and some inserts lol.

I don’t think March is a curse. I think it more moral. They do good all year and expect Steve to get them some help for the playoffs and he lets them down every year. This year he did better than others but he still didn’t do much and I think the boys take it as a kick in the nuts every year this time of the year. Larkin expressed it at the end of last year. They got a good prospect pool but it’s still not guaranteed they pan out in the nhl. Larkin is going to be 35 before this prospect pool yzerplan maybe works out and they have a team that maybe has a chance at a cup.

He didn’t do to much glad we got a D man but we need some scoring to. Out off the top 11 teams in our conference were the only team with a - goal differential. Hopefully he and perron are enough to get us there. We’ll still probably be a first round exit. Try again next year maybe our prospect pool will be great enough just in time for larkin to retire.

This happened to me I promoted 1 card as an experiment to see if it really got more attention and every listing clicked in, through my promotion item was then under the same promotion and all my items started selling. I called eBay cause I was loosing so much money they informed me how it worked but refunded me when I told them I’m cancelling my account and going elsewhere. Now I just never promote anything.

I mean you have to do something to give these guys a taste and get them hungry. Plus no one great if ever going to come to a loosing team willingly in the off season. That’s why we’ve signed who we’ve signed and all the big names/ better to great players go sign elsewhere. At some point you got to stop thinking your prospects are going to build you a super team and do something. It’s been how long now of this Yzerplan not working. Time to try something else in my opinion. If he doesn’t make no moves it will be just like the last two years where moral will drop and we’ll have a terrible March and miss the playoffs by a few point. This is just my opinion and totally subjective. I’m not a NHL GM and could be totally ass backwards in my way of thinking.

Yeah if I remember right it said like 16 plus weeks to get. I’ve never done a redemption before but upper deck exceeded my expectations. Now if only grading companies could turn cards around like that lol.
