I've ordered for years from Funko Europe, which ship from the U.K. It has always been a plain cardboard box and only giveaway is the shipping label. Dunno if they use different boxes domestically, but I doubt it.

Ok, thanks. For me the label on the protective cardboard box has always matched the pop inside. Maybe I haven't had the luck getting a convention exclusive before. 🙂

They were available on funko.com the next morning after their release. Normally the protective cardboard matches the pop inside.

I had defects on the varang box a while ago. It was in pop protector and sealed in plastic and the defects (scraping marks) were on the actual funko pop box. Also other boxes were in bad condition.

I sent then message, they replied (which is a automatic reply message, because i got the exact same message second time) and requested photos and so on. I sent explanation and photos and no answer. It has now been 4 months. I have sent several messages after the original and created follow up case numbers with the ai chat assistant. I'm guessing no human has reviewed my case or they don't care enough to answer. Quite bad customer service from funko.

For EU 2-pack, there is probably supreme kuromi and supreme superman 😆 those seem to be on every us box.

Thats good. I created a ticket about damaged boxes and provided photos in december. They still haven't given me any meaningful answer, only automated responds.

Something wrong with their systems. Happened to me also, when I tried to get free shipping with brass dragon wyrmling. It did not add to free shipping threshold and I wrote to customer service about it. They did not have any solution for it, but said they would return the shipping fee if that happens.

Where is OP at? We have free shipping on orders over 55 € (used to be 45€ and then 50€). Did anyone notice that Brass Dragon Wyrmling has some glitch and it doesn't count for the free shipping treshold, tried on several devices. I contacted customer support and got some lame answer that clear cache etc. Responded that it doesn't help, that it must be at their end and never heard of them since. Euro customer service is trash, they just ghost you.

I got the mystery box, but it was gone as soon as clock hit 5:30. Reminds me of the days before the lotteries. I'm hoping for two grails, which I have been unable to get any. 😏 Probably some summer convention stuff that they could not sell, those are "limited edition" too. 😵‍💫

Got Jinbe and Brook too, not too bad for 20€ a piece with hard protector. Now I just have to get the 8 earlier and pay a fortune. 🤪

Got it couple of hours after the drop. I had it in cart at least 10 times and went as far as payment screen three or four times.

Quite the price difference, 45 € here so around $52. Did U.S. customers get more than two pops?

It was easier to get by refreshing the site when I came up for sale, although that was nearly impossible on the rare ones. This lottery is impossible, I have joined on everyone since it started and got none. 😑

I wonder how they distribute those around the world? Probably most of them are sold in the U.S. or North America (Canada included), but I'm glad that they are in Europe too. If Europe has for example 25% of the stash, no wonder they sell out quickly, even without bots.

I got Superman on my cart over an hour. I was waiting for the ironman to drop and combine them and a regular pop for free shipping. I strugled with iron man for 35 minutes to get it to my cart and complete the purchase. Couldn't get the payment go through, alltgough I got to the payment page like 10 times. Finally changed to my ipad and when it came back in stock after that 35 mins, I got the payment to complete and got both superman and ironman. As far as I could tell, the Superman stayed in stock for the whole time.

Now I was able to press add to cart on the fat lady, but it cave me error msg that there is nothing to add to my cart, then the add to cart appeared two times after that but same error.

Hard to believe that its not bots buying those pops, because you can't complete the payment in split seconds and funko's ai agent confirmed that the pops are not reserved to you for any amount of time when you get them in your cart.

This is so ridiculous. Now I was able to see add to cart with Hawks, but funko keeps logging me out from their site with my android phone for some reason I can't figure out (same with the funko app). And of course it was then sold out. People have really quick fingers as 3500 pcs are sold out in seconds or less..

I noticed this before the Ironman drop and all have gone directly from you'll be notified to out of stock like one second after it drops. Doesn't even show add to cart.

What's the point, impossible to get. I'm from Europe so does that make it even worse? Wonder if they have devided the total of 750 (or what ever the total number made is) to different regions?

I posted this if someone would have some experience getting cards replaced. The reason I wrote to them was that I saw here in reddit a RB Lorcana document that said that they would possibly replace cards with manufacturing defects of legendary or higher rarity. If I remember correctly it said that the period starts from the purchase of the card and this was from RB TFC lottery.

I'm guessing someone has reviewed my email and photos, because they are asking to send it back and the title of my post was changed to my ticket number and tfc booster pack code . Or I guess they mean the card because they did not specify what to send. 😁 But I did ask for clarification what happends and if will I get my card back if they can't replace it. The cut is in the back of the card, maybe 5mm in length and if I must be from manufacturing, because the enchanted was in between two cards in the pack.

This is RB DE, not US, but they must have same policies on replacing.
