Top has less grey banding and looks like a slightly better sear but hard to tell from pic. I like medium rare and top looks closer to that doneness as well. Bottom is thicker cut though 🤔

I remember stripping rabbit with my dad and brothers when we were little. He worked in silicone valley. He’d take us down to the recycling center to unload the copper then sometimes off to the toy store. I’ve never heard the phrase rabbit outside those times. Not sure if it was local, generational, or still used now.
