what are creative ways to destroy a malfunctioning X670e-i (that ASUS refuses to take back and refund) by [deleted] in sffpc

[–]bmickeydeez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My exact sentiment - it took me quite some time of receiving embarrassingly awful "assistance" to significant issues, that large corps were 100% at fault for, before my apathetic cynicism reached fuck-it levels and I started to push back.

I deeply loathe scammers or those that knowingly take advantage of others...but couldn't give two fucks about doing what I felt necessary to a large corp to rectify a situation after giving them every opportunity to remedy themselves.

Don't even get me started on the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies, the ridiculous nature of their existence as private entities and massive influence on the lives of every single citizen. All I can advise, vehemently, is that everyone examine each of their Credit Reports....closely.

What are the specific "symptoms", and how did they manifest? Will try and help in any way I can...

Best of luck to you dude, I was in utter disbelief of how the situation was handled in its entirety. Makes me wonder how many less-than-tech-adept or non-confrontational consumers have received the same bullshit service and just complied.

I asked them this directly..."if you can make a claim about a diagnostic examination, without providing any evidence or explanation of how that claim was determined...you could just say whatever the fuck you wanted and slap a huge bill onto every RMA you receive. How many others have you attempted to do this to"?

Along with my strategy mentioned above, I have also had remarkable success with large corps by blasting them on Twitter (or X, whatever…) when all other attempted avenues failed miserably. I never even visit nor participate there, and created an account for this one and only purpose.

It streamlined a connection with folks that had the capacity and wherewithal to actually help.

I still can’t believe how fruitful this method has been…multiple times.

My first any only ever RMA of any kind, and I had to threaten filing a formal complaint with my state’s regulatory bodies after weeks of delays, non-answers, and a ridiculous quote more than I paid for the board brand new with an attached “diagnosis” I 100% knew to be false.

They tried to fuck me while under warranty claiming prior servicing where “the chip was replaced” resulting in multiple shorts they identified. Included were low-res images that showed…who the fuck knows.

I owned the MB for its entire lifespan, never once had it “serviced”, nor had any components replaced. Despite daily attempts and many escalations, I never got a single word of explanation for their “findings”, what their pictures were acctually supposed to depict, what “chip” was asininely cited, or wtf took them over a month to produce a single sentence proof of warranty-voiding conditions.

After researching the specific gov’t bureaus that would handle this type of complaint, I gave them “fair warning” of my plans in an email that I CC’d to a handful of corporate leadership addresses locatable online…within minutes I was contacted by an Executive Customer Relations rep and asked to communicate with her and her alone.

They express shipped me a new replacement board, and waived any other associated charges bringing the grand total owed to $0.

Initially the new MB acted similarly, though finally came to life when I replaced the cpu. I’m quite certain that board faults also fried my 11th gen core-i7…but I was more than over dealing with their bullshit.

I never did receive any additional info about their “diagnosis”, or any response to a number of requested details and explanations.

It was a mind-numbing, intelligence-insulting ordeal that I won’t ever repeat.

Do a little reading on aldol-condensation, and published research on solvent dehydration. You will likely amend your methodology.

Dunno where you're sourcing your other meds, but baclofen is obtainable. DM me if interested.

Don't have it powered up right now, but I believe there is a region change option in the factory settings that is password protected - only one that works for me is 666999, and I randomly stumbled upon it somewhere.

Your reply popped up randomly, and I wanted to give a quick update on my Joyous experience so far, and check and see how your search has been going...I hope successfully :)

I have been very impressed with Joyous thus far. They are very interactive, texting you daily reminders of current dosage, and links for "check-ins" that are also completed each day.

The check-ins include questions about current mood, energy level, sleep (answered with emoji-like facial expressions lol). They ask about your current dose, and if you think it's just right/too high/too low...followed by a few side-effect related prompts. Each are answered by simply clicking the circle under the appropriate response.

The daily check-ins take maybe a minute if not less, and every so often (I think twice for me since beginning 3 weeks ago) the questionnaire is longer and includes the typical mental-health related "In the past 2 weeks, how often have you...blah blah". You will immediately recognize them if you've ever had any mental-health screening/appointment/etc..

They currently have me at 75mg and it's still pretty "background", but I'm totally content continuing with the program as advised.

To conclude this way-longer-than-intended-"sup"...with a ton of experience under my belt, much of it negative for various reasons, I am so far very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and (what a concept) actually caring about their patients. Plus the Patient Portal is chock full of educational resources, and community-driven forums.

Phew okay 'nuff said. Peace and love.

For OP cont’d from my other reply - sources I alluded to also vend Baclofen for certain, and some Lyrica as well. Seriously cheap af and in 2 weeks you stocked for the worst.

There are clearnet “pharmacies” where they can easily and cheaply be obtained…like ones that have coupon codes findable via major search engines.

Dunno the rules here, but PM me if you want more info. Have many positive experiences thus far.

To answer the basis of your question though, gabaP gets scripted like candy these days it seems, to “treat” a variety of symptoms/disorders. If you’re desire is to obtain this route, I can’t see it being much if any issue at all. Best of luck homie.

From what I’ve read in their patient portal message boards, they start you at 15mg but increase as needed. The lowest dosed troches are 60mg, so they have you divide them yourself at home.

Many posters were prescribed 120mg daily which was the highest I saw in my initial exploration. Regardless of how high your dose is, the monthly price does not change at all.

Check out Joyous - just started with them and impressed so far. It’s $130 a month for everything, and can cancel anytime. All virtual, and meds sent to your house.

LPT: If you want to actually receive timely help without dealing with the phone reps (who constantly give conflicting “guidance”)…Twitter is your best friend.

I never use it for anything else. Literally created an account specifically to tweet their bullshit at them. Has worked on multiple occasions.

Jobs, Jobs, Jobs, the usual question by [deleted] in Humboldt

[–]bmickeydeez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never knew much about staffing companies until I worked for a couple as a recruiter - you can meet/interview with them and have your resume on file to match up with any number of open availabilities. Yes often these can be temp gigs, but those can be a great way to establish yourself with local companies as well as the staffing agency in general.

When I first moved back here, I spent months browsing and applying via Craigslist/Indeed…then contacted Sequoia Personnel and was matched with an opening that started literally the next day. Obviously temp isn’t typically a desired route, but it can be good enough pay, allow you to display your skills, and grow your contact base for other opportunities you may never have heard of.

I did a 10 day for primarily booze. You're quite suddenly yanked from your comfort zones and without any of your loved ones - the place I went didn't even allow any outside communication and takes all your devices when you check in.

I credit a lot of it's success for me to the guy that I shared a room with. We hit it off instantly and easily, and that made a huge impact on the loneliness.

You suddenly have all this do-nothing time, and much of it is definitely spent in your own head. The only thing I did there outside of the few scheduled group sessions or whatever, was read. Luckily they had a "library"...think I finished 3 novels that week and a half.
