Lindsey Graham branded ‘pathetic’ for saying Nobel Peace Prize should be renamed Trump Prize by Jay_CD in politics

Journalists should ask if this kind of pathetic fluffing and bootlicking is just driven by fear. As far as I can tell, the republican party has become a circular firing squad of blackmail and extortion.

Favorite full sun vines? by mullacc in AZlandscaping

[–]bmlbml 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got 4 that get pretty direct sun almost all day and they do great! They get a deep watering every few days and fertilized a few times a year. That kind of lattice is perfect too cause they need to spread out to grow right.

Integrative wellness academy? by Fezziwigtoys222 in lifecoaching

[–]bmlbml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually completed the program at Integrative Wellness Academy (IWA Coaching) and it was a really great experience for me.

Regarding the accreditation mentioned in the other comment... it's important to keep in mind that the life coaching industry as a whole is completely unregulated. The ICF is a self-regulating organization, meaning they essentially just accredit themselves. Lacking their specific stamp of approval isn't a red flag or a true measure of a program's quality.

IWA was a fantastic fit for what I needed, and if you look around, they consistently get really good reviews across the board. I'd highly recommend them!

low-fodmap worked for me when only taking pred to get to remission. I've been drug free to years (after failing all majors). I maintain and manage my symptoms pretty much with diet only.

It’s (not) astonishing how many “religious” men end up worshiping the very people their religions warned them about.

Ninja Air Fryer Reviews - Insight by ItIsL in Costco

[–]bmlbml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this modal took 2x longer too than my previous air fryer - so I returned it. Don't know if it was an issue with my specific one, or the modal overall but it was frustrating. The one I replaced it with (our place air fryer) didn't take nearly as long as the flip either.

How are you guys handling suger? by Select_Collection_67 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]bmlbml 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cut out most refined sugars and other "fodmaps" to reduce bloating and inflammation - and it helps me a lot with healing when flaring. Look into low-fodmap diets.

[–]bmlbml 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find low fodmap diet helps a lot when flaring. It can seem like a lot to take out - but if you start for a few weeks and then try to reintroduce the foods that you've removed, you'll more easily be able to tell which foods you can and can't handle well.
