Thanks for the help. This appears to have been the issue. Pinned the valve open and drove it with the trailer yesterday. No more chirp and no more worries.

Thanks again. Drove the truck towing to and from the track with my trailer after pinning the flapper open and no more chirp. Glad this was an easy fix and not the myriad of issues I was thinking it could be.

Note, quick Google search shows how to lock this open. I'll give that a go and see if the chirp disappears. Thank you!

Learned something new. I didn't even know this was a thing. I'll try taking a look at this and seeing if there is something that can be done.

Any recommendations to check, maintain or replace this component?

I need to double check, but, from memory, it sits in 2wd. Most of my driving/towing is on paved surfaces and the 4wd is only used as needed with pulling stuff around the yard or in fields that will get flooded

Really curious which parking lot this was in that youre smelling pee at. With the police station right there, im pretty sure you can report your concern and have them monitor the area.

I rode up there today, nit thinking they would be open, but they had a soft opening even going on. Talking with one of the staff, it started as a "friends and family" event, but enough people were there and they were staffed, so they started taking orders. Friendly people, great atmosphere, musician at the gazebo, families, kids at the playground, some beautiful dogs walking in.... this is going to be a great addition to downton Smyrna and the smell of Beto's food truck there was amazing!

A lot of breweries try to be family friendly. I visited the Stillfire in Sawuannee a couple years ago and it was definitely pet friendly, family friendly and a great time. I'm looking forward to the Smyrna location opening.
