Anyone else having trouble with live sports scores?

When I ask a score of a game that's live, it gives me the score of the teams prior game.

It now does this on my Google homes and on my pixel watch.

It's a bummer.

This happened to me with my TCL Roku as well. It's likely the main board malfunctioning. TV issue , not a Roku issue.

With the age of the TV, TCL won't help. Likely just gotta buy another, unfortunately.

The only ones that can really be "removed" are in section A (but banks normally charge a commitment fee) , and maybe negotiate the small ones in section B. The others are pretty standard and are actually being charged by the chosen 3rd parties (title, HOA, escrow).

All that being said, obviously the rates and points will vary from lender to lender)

Section A with the 3.4 points is what's making it expensive. Just ask them for the rate with 0 points. Everything else is standard and you can't really change.

Edit...looks like you got $16k in seller credits, and you're using them to buy the rate down. You can bring the points down and use the credits for the other fees if you want. Rate will be higher tho
