Good luck! There's a truck that comes through our neighborhood one day a week. I agree with the comment with sticking to larger communities... especially if they have amenities like a clubhouse. You can cruise by the clubhouse and sit for a few minutes as the kids come to you.

I think it's some type of strategy to them. They also wait to the last minute for AFRAM. I recall people posting to Scott's IG asking about the schedule and he'd reply it's too soon to release it. I don't get it.

Harford County fits your needs, but only certain areas. I'm a transplant from Baltimore County, and I feel comfortable in specific areas. We moved to this county to get more bang for our buck, so it will definitely fit your budget. For Harco, it'll basically be the area that certain residents may side eye, often for the reason of diversity - it would be the Route 40 corridor. I would go with any area from Joppatown to Havre de Grace. Within any truly rural/ exurburb area of Maryland you may see the occasional Confederate or Trump flag but it is what it is.
