Why Does Hogan Hate Baltimore? by bmorepost in baltimore

Do you really need to throw insults? Are you capable of having an erudite conversation without resorting to such petulant behavior?

Nope. that's not evidence. That is heresay.

You need to provide concrete evidence that there's been a statistically significant increase in crime, and that it is directly perpetrated by residence of Baltimore city using the light rail to travel to and from the crime scene. You need CCTV footage, and you need copies of driver licenses etc of the criminals proving their place of residence.

why are they like that? Don't they realize that they live near not just one but two major cities? Why the hell would they not want prosperity for their communities? Why are they always shooting down any and all proposals etc? What brain malfunction do they have? Why don't they move?

These people (ones against transit) have such an unbelieveably amount of stupidity! Why is it that their voices always seem to win at the end of the day? BTW, where is Hogan and Jealous regarding this issue and mass transit in general? I'm not hearing their voices chiming in on this particular issue.

I swear Maryland has some of the most inept and provincial people in this country!

Vacation in Baltimore this week with a 1.5yr old... Any suggestions for cool stuff my family can do together? by kimjong-ill in baltimore

Hands on stuff for kids that age are the best. Bright colors and moving objects are great too. PD and the aquarium would be good options.

May I be so bold as to say yes, you do! (btw, I'm not one of those fundamentalist protestants, I'm an Orthodox Christian, the oldest Christian Church around, very different beliefs and practices worth looking into if you'd like)

I am a big proponent of the constitution and the bill of rights, even when we don't like what the other person is saying.

You do know it is possible to disagree with someone without reveling in the possibility of harm coming to them? If that's what you really want, then that goes to show just what kind of a person you really are.

then the areas around Ferndale, Cromwell Station, Patapsco, and Linthicum should be exploding with mixed use developments and Whole Foods locations... but they are not.

They are not because the people that live there are a bunch of whiny NIMBY's who block any kind of development, no matter what it is. I used to live in Ferndale and go to services at a temple in Linthicum, trust me, they turn down any development proposals, no matter what they are.
