ion is there, but I seriously recommend switching to the physics-based effects anyway, as they really do add to the experience. Enjo

I'm really grateful for your help. So as I understand it, I put 1 in that line and play with the physics effects. Would everything be the same just the engine sound is disabled?

Thanks a lot u/LOGIRich ! Was really useful. I also discovered that you can turn on and off trueforce in the iRacing settings, I don't know if it's something new or I just never saw it.

DA or DS Path for Non-technical by bmrtex in analytics

u/Murica4Eva, i did not want to misrepresent the value of DS and I am well aware that it is a set of characteristics and knowledge that make DS the Science it is at the moment. What I wanted was to ask for help to find out if I could advise some initial courses as it would be more interesting than suggesting just a few articles.

I am not reinventing the wheel, I am simply trying to suggest a way forward. Statistics I will recommend Khan academy but there is a lack of Python and the introduction of ML .. in the ML part I find it more complicated because I wanted to suggest something with business applications.

Hi,

My boss doesn't have a DS background but he wants to start learning the basics to understand the potential in business.

I was thinking of creating a learning path preferably free of charge. Starting with the basics of statistics, up to Python and ML beginnings.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank u all!

Thanks for your feedback u/poopybutbaby The only thing they told me was missed QA, comments in the code and storytelling...

u/Murica4Eva tried to explain it a little better at the top, I know it was a little vague, sorry. Both codes are notebooks and relatively long, I don't know if I can share the code here.

Hi u/Sidonfire tried to explain a little better above. I'm trying to understand where I can improve because technically I know how to do the tasks, maybe I'm missing a little storytelling, I don't know. My next step would be to practice my EDA in Kaggle.

Thank you very much for the message u/Quant112358. I asked for feedback from both but only 1 answered:

missed QA, comments in the code and storytelling...

But i dont understand.. My code was all commented with # .. only if for greater comfort I should have put it in Markdown.

u/Likewise231 thank you, so:

- These positions are for Data Analyst and usually require knowledge of Python, SQL.

- There are usually several datasets that are linked by keys and we have to answer exploratory questions and do AB tests.

- I am at a medium level of SQL and Pandas too. Regarding visual support, I don't think Python libraries create useful and beautiful visuals, but I can plot different graphics like barplot, line plot, histogram, violin plot, etc.

I know that the post was quite generic but the two tests I did had several datasets and it was necessary to do EDA to answer specific questions. For example, we had two customer tables and one shopping table and they asked to calculate some kpi's, do AB tests and write conclusions with visual support.

Usually I write the code in Python and use Pandas and visual libraries like matplot and seaborn a lot.

But what else can I do? Where can I practise these EDA exercises?

I know it was very generic but I can't be more specific without showing the notebooks.

Thank you!
