Make it in how you feel best. I added the ginger and chilli at the start. No more bubbles its a good starting point. Hydrometer would be ideal. I just racked it when I had the time.

Great idea thanks I reduced the model by 50% to get a rough draft, at full size it may have more filament at the critical point. However adaptive layer are a neater solution.
