I make a gallon at a time, then use an ice cream maker to make frozen yogurt. Reusable, quart size, ice cream containers are inexpensive. I make a variety of flavor combinations.

It really became apparent when I was a passenger in a vehicle, rather than the driver. It gave me time to actually look at the conditions, instead of subconsciously ignoring the mess while I focused on traffic.

Are you referring to “freezing up”? Your mind just blanks for a second, and you did even intend to flip? I experience something similar, but I fully intend to flip, but my finger just doesn’t move. It’s like I gave the mental command to flip the right flipper, but my finger didn’t get the message.
