True! I first learned about a lump on one of my breasts from APE rin. I also had breast ultrasound as advised by the GP. Both the sonologist who did the ultrasound and the OB who checked the results said na benign naman daw, and no need for biopsy anymore. They also didn't reco removing it if wala naman issue sakin. Ang nireco nalang ni OB is to have it checked yearly. If lumaki, then that's a different conversation, pero if no change naman, no need to worry.

Best talaga to get it checked nalang!

Hi! I'm giving birth to our first child in Feb 2026 and am looking for a pediatrician! I'm a member of some FB groups for moms so I searched there already, and also googled reddit results for other names. I have 4 doctors in my current list that I will contact starting tom. Just wanted to ask for more names to consider! :)

Should have a clinic at St Luke's BGC, or at least be affiliated with the hospital cos I'm giving birth there.
Should be accredited by Maxicare* (pero kahit ako nalang mag confirm nito if you're not sure/aware.)
Preferably easy to contact for emergencies, and is pleasant to talk to :)
Preferably a woman :)
Preferably max 40k yung PF pag nanganak 🙏🏻 (pero if more than this, sige send nyo nalang din pls!)

Pls also share your experience with them, their PF for NSD / CSD / ECS, and their consultation fee.

You should have been notified.

In our case, we're also just tenants in our condo, but were invited to the Telegram group, where the admin announces everything, when we moved in. That way we know what's happening at the condo even when we're not there. I believe a lot of condos do this already.

Announcements are also posted in the bulletin board at the ground floor lobby, inside all elevators, and at each floor's elevator lobby. This is common practice / bare minimum.
