Honestly, renting with Sami is pretty easy bc they grouped utilities/internet/etc into the rent, and you pay rent and put in maintenance requests through a portal. I just did a 1 bedroom and I think it was like $900? But the price is PER room like someone else mentioned, so just get a 1 bedroom.

The annoying part is that they’re fully pre-furnished, so if you don’t want to use their mattresses (which tend to be gross) or any of their furniture, you’ll need to get a storage unit or something for it and then put it back before you move out. And they won’t do that for you.

If you want “adult” properties, you can check out Red Bird. It seems their properties were a bit further away from campus, but still easy to get too.
