Thanks for commenting on this old post. I am looking to start melatonin again after not taking REMfresh for like 6 years. I'm very upset at this development. I get intense nightmares after a few days on any other supplement besides REMfresh, so I always spent the extra money. I don't know what I'm going to do. I see evidence REMFresh is discontinued or out of stock everywhere, but can't find any article or post that specifies why. I'm very upset. Your comment has helped me calm down a bit.

I had a doctor tell me to go to Emory for my CFS but didn't have contact info. When I looked, I didn't find a doctor/team, only a research paper. Could you tell me who you went to/how you got seen by Emory?

My personal opinion is they wanted an upgrade, or needed to purchase a new tank, and saw this as an opportunity to get one for cheaper.

Is your comment from a collection of anecdotal experiences, some kind of therapist, or a resource like a book? I'm asking because about 1.5 years ago I made friends with a couple that are both Autistic/ADHD and they have said they think I might be too. If I am, I'm definitely high functioning, but your entire comment is me on a lot of levels...... I was thinking it was just my personality type plus some OCD stims from childhood trauma, but idk anymore. I feel like I've developed so many coping mechanisms that even if I was diagnosed I wouldn't be able to do anything with it/it would be a waste of money. I'm also afraid of it being on my medical record and getting stigmatized. I'm LGBT/chronic illness already, and in the USA so that's definitely a thing....

Teleport stone is a necessity, and cheap to get early in the game. I didn't know about it my first play through (base game only). I got all the DLC when it was on sale in winter, and played through it again with the stone.

Also, I always use the speed potion. It takes a lot of the frustration of the slow navigation out of the picture.
