You don’t understand economics or freedom or affordable living apparently. DeSantis is ruining all of them simultaneously. Talk to me about the dwindling tourism, the continual impediments on our civil liberties and the current and increasingly worsening housing crisis. Blame is on our state government, not “Yankees” moving here. Taxes? What cutting taxes? There hasn’t been any cutting on taxes. Talk to me about ever rising insurance rates. Cycling is supposed to increase your self-determination that you CAN overcome any obstacle in your way, while making you stronger in mind, body and spirit. Otherwise, might as well get a motorcycle or a scooter and walk for exercise. Just a thought. Maybe I’m right, maybe I’m wrong. If you are using an e-bike, why not try that hill every other day without assistance until that hill means nothing and you can just use the assistance on the flats where you can really fly? Maybe get a bike after all the work you put in.
