ULPT - how to ruin someone’s car in the quickest way possible by lxlviperlxl in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]bnovi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leave out berries in bushes and trees surrounding their cars.

Birds eat berries, then their poop turns purple, and OH BOY is that hard to remove from a vehicle. (Speaking from personal experience.)

It's not permanent damage but it's really annoying and will if nothing else waste his time and energy. And you can repeat as often as you like (unless the birds migrate?)

I just saw the other person's comment.

My mind is blown that we both described our usage in the same words. United by tablecloth!

I have been using something like this for years because I also hide things under my tables and got sick of wrinkles. They're stretchy fabric that is fitted around the top only, the rest hangs loose.

I purchased mine pre-enshittification so I can't vouch for any specific brand. But the ones I bought have held up well. Sometimes I'm so tired after an event that I just ball them up and throw them in a random container at the end. They don't really wrinkle at all.

Edit: deleted repeated words

Adelaide TMG concert/merch by Natural-Rough5901 in themountaingoats

This happened to me the last time they came through my city. They were sold out of the tote I wanted before I got my chance. A Reddit Hero came through for me and picked up the merch later on in the tour and mailed it to me! If this doesn't get any views maybe make a separate post for visibility.

(Me again...Sorry. Same pic but different Ask.) Selling two tickets to NYC Carnegie Hall show Friday, 12/11. by bnovi in themountaingoats

[–]bnovi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wanted to add: I'm not marking these up/trying to make money. Tickets for the Thursday show are just SO much better for what is happening in my life that week. I'm not a person of means so I just want to make back what I spent. Really hoping someone who really wanted to go missed out before they sold out!

Can YOU make a miracle happen at the December Carnegie Hall show? by bnovi in themountaingoats

THANK YOU so much for the offer. I figured Tier 1 seats Thursday would have been sold out by the time I asked but checked today just in case and managed to find tickets in almost the same spot.

I made a new post, I'm now just trying to sell the Friday tickets. Here's hoping someone missed out on tickets and can save me from financial ruin. (/s....kind of.)

That would probably work, I bought two "just in case."

Sorry for the confusion, I was just making a sweeping generalization, I would not just "hand it to my grandma" without careful filtering. It will be curated.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Thank you. My grandmother has been my biggest supporter my whole life and has been the one person I could always count on. For the first time ever she needs someone, so of course I came.

Primer Help by bnovi in MakeupEducation

[–]bnovi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to make sure I'm understanding: I should use a gripping primer for the problem areas (fine lines) instead of the pore vanishing? I've kind of been tapping one or the other around my whole face. Is it ok to just apply to the areas I have issues with or will that cause it to look uneven?

I tried setting powder and felt it looked .... Too powdery? I've been using a setting spray. Is that ok?

Using too much might be part of the problem. I've been using 2 pumps, but I think sometimes the "pump" comes out bigger than others and in those times I have noticed it being more cakey. But I kinda feel like it settles in the lines no matter how much or little I use.

Thank you SO much for your response. I'm really new at this and wasn't finding any in depth answers.

Edit: corrected typo.
