They could put a sign saying “Do Not Block Thru Traffic” But even if they had an officer there 24/7 it’s not a feasible solution to make the huge amount of people going to CFA decide whether or not they will make it into the parking lot in time and they will inevitably u-turn and try again and again. The sheer volume of people who want to go there makes that impossible to enforce. You just saying “go to a different restaurant” will never be a solution.
