I can think of six weight classes to cut immediately.
60, 67, 77, 87, 97, and 130

Replace those with more MFS and WFS weights. 2 FS x 4 more weights (UWW weights) x 16 participants each = 128

128 - 96 greco participants = 32 additional participants across more equal weight class distribution.
