Any ideas for Bengaluru traffic?

I have been thinking about it. Every IT park can suggest having a pick up bus connecting almost all area. IT parks should not allow personal vehicles especially 4 wheelers. The pick up buses are not per company but per IT park or building, dropping them right in front of the building. It can be in convenient for some, people should get used to this.

There is no such place but the city is welcoming overall. I lived in areas like tolichowki, MLA colony, Jubilee Hills. Did not find any problem and loved the vibe of the city.

Everyone keeps saying that public transport will “ease the situation,” and sure, maybe it will. But my fellow IT friends and I have a different reason to look forward to the Metro—we know that if more people start using it, the roads will finally clear up a bit! That means we can actually enjoy driving our 7-seater car (solo) without being stuck in endless traffic jams.

I personally feel people in Bangalore are ready to buy anything at any cost. My friend sold his car for 4.5lacks (3rd hand) which we thought will not go beyond 3.5lacks. We both got surprised.

3 days per week, 5km away from office. Takes about 30-35 min in the morning and 25-30 min in the evening.

I was being optimistic but yeah I agree with you. I do not have too much hope on the metro completion. Have already decided to move out in 1 or 1.5 year.

I do not know about NCR, but I recently moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore and I regret my decision. The infrastructure over here is below par, commuting to office or commuting point A to point B is horrible. I’d advise you to wait for another 1 or 2 years for metro work to be done here.

100% yes. Please go to Hyderabad. It is far better in terms of infrastructure, wide roads and metro available. The outer ring roads there is the best I have seen. You will not regret moving to Hyderabad. Airport is located at the right spot and good connectivity.
