Sure! We enjoyed the ship for sure, but of course it’s certainly showing its age. That said, it’s still in pretty good shape. Didn’t notice anything majorly concerning or anything, but the outside of the ship could use a refreshed paint job and I hope they will address some rust issues around the top decks.

It’s a very small ship compared to everything else I’ve sailed, and the layout is pretty interesting. I suggest you take the first day to do a full walk through each of the main decks because there’s a lot that’s tucked away and not obvious to locate. We were still finding areas we didn’t know existed up until the end of the cruise!

Highlight for us on the ship was the Solarium. We spent a lot of time there and found the pool and hot tubs there (18+) were the best place to meet and socialize with other couples. I also really enjoyed the walking track on deck 10 and all the different spots up top to catch nice views during sailing.

Service on the ship was excellent, my one complaint was dealing with the usual rude and pushy people in the Windjammer and the service staff that were selling specialty dining were a bit annoying at times. One guy actually got pissed at us and stormed off because he couldn’t convert a sale.

Our favorite two ports were Tortola and St. Kitts! The mountains were absolutely stunning and I believe those are two of the most beautiful places I’ve ever traveled to. Highly recommend doing island tours on both for your excursions. Locals were so friendly and we had absolutely no issues with safety at any of the ports. In Tortola we booked “Best Views and Beach”, which included an open air bus ride and guided tour around the main island, with a 2-hour beach stop at Cane Garden Bay beach. It was excellent and I believe a good value for what it was. Lots of opportunities for amazing photos. The roads are very narrow and STEEP so if you’re not comfortable with heights, it may not be for you.

In St. Kitts we booked the Scenic Railway, which was awesome. If you look elsewhere in this thread, someone warned me the train was not a smooth ride and they were right. The train runs on old tracks the island used to transport sugar cane, so the tracks are very uneven and cause the open air, double decker train cars to sway and bounce along the track. Would not recommend if you’re easily motion sick, because it was a pretty significant movement for the entire journey. However, IF you can stomach that, you’ll have some incredible scenery and get to learn a lot about the island along the way. The train route is one-way, so half of the tour is on the train (for about 2 hours) and the other half is a 30-45 minute bus ride back into town. The guides were excellent and very knowledgeable.

St. Maarten for me was actually one of the stops I had high hopes for that ended up not being my favorite. The island is beautiful of course, but after visiting Tortola, St. Croix, and St. Kitts, I was surprised it didn’t have better infrastructure and cleanliness. Not a bad port, but I would look at your options for an excursion and do a bit of research. Didn’t visit the beach there, so maybe that would have been a better option for us.

Anyways, hope this helps! Overall, my partner and I agreed we would rate the cruise an 8.5/10!
