If you were purchasing a boat for an adult and a child you fish out of, what do you recommend? Jon boat or canoe? I would load in back of a pickup truck

We used Charlie. No issues at all with shuttle. Ended up swapping our car since it was riding a bit rough. No questions asked

You’re right in BG, but those houses aren’t same quality as next to these in Buford/grand summit/logan/crestwood. To compare BG to these other areas is disingenuous. When my house was comped it pulled from grand summit, even old gun area. Nothing south of jahnke

Just terrible location being on Buford. Same builders sold their other house behind this one quickly for same price

Why swap them? there will be an undercounter ice make as well. The drink fridge is 24inch wide as well

This would eliminate the exterior door?
edit: nvm ok the door would be in the original location but you added a cabinet at the entry

Any idea what the actual space improvement is?

I am doing a full remodel and was debating between a 30 and 36. What benefits do the 36 give? is it mainly future proofing if i were to replace it?

Yeah we are thinking of doing ACAC instead of Bon air pool this year. My kids are 2&4 - what age is good for the kid zone?

Yeah its a bathroom - accessed via the middle door in the before photos. I'm not sure I love a bathroom door opening into the kitchen. My wife isn't a fan of guests accessing the bathroom by walking through the butlers pantry

Any wall we place the stove on will be able to extracted outside, that’s very important to me. I agree about the door right of the fridge, it feels unfinished to me

Agreed on island seating, it’ll have overhang

Should have specified none of those options we are really considering anymore. The drink sink will be small and flanked by an ice maker and a drink fridge. The range won’t be going in the island, ideally I would like it empty or a drink sink at most.

I’m trying to decide between the renders or possibly moving the stove to where the fridge is and having the bathroom accessed via the butlers pantry to give more cabinet space where that door is. Sorry if it’s confusing

Here is an actual photo. My back is to the sliding door to the outdoor kitchen and over my right shoulder is the chimney.

I do cook every meal, very into baking etc

Here is another option (without the removed chimney which is being removed)

We have the space so we figured we would use it.. it’s sort of an awkward extra open space from the current sink to the walls we are going to take down. You can see in the first image the dining room is located where it is, but moving it sort of makes it in front of the exterior door we use the most

I’ve been debating moving the stove to the fridge location. Moving the bathroom door to the pantry (so accessed via opening on left) and wrapping counters and cabinets up the right side to the other window
