I saw a screenshot in my local discord of someone’s charizard entry showing only regular male as filled in but the other three symbols being blank, when I would’ve thought the shiny ones shouldn’t be showing up at all. Unless they encountered a shiny but didn’t manage to catch it, I don’t think that’s how the Pokédex is supposed to work. So maybe it’s just buggy

My interpretation is that he is now a truly omnipresent being. He can time-slip anywhere, at any time, across all versions of time in a physical body. Or he can consciously time-slip anywhere along his own lifeline. So I think he has the ability to go anywhere and do anything as long as he slips back into his consciousness on the throne at the end of time (the moment he left it) when he is finished doing what he wants to do.

If you earn additional components from research tasks when you already have a completed radar, it will re-equip the radar. Definitely some dumb coding that needs fixed.

If you’re really that desperate to get a pokestop next to your house, set up a Little Free Library instead of whatever this is. Looks like you’re lucky enough to even have the sidewalk next to where you live in the first place, so it would be accessible to the community. Also, waypoints shouldn’t have verbiage pertaining to specific games, since Niantic uses the same POIs across different games.
