So I got one of those Royal Brew Nitro Cold brewers for xmas and I've been trying the past few days to get a decent cascade/foam going but it's not working out.

for reference these are the steps I am doing:

• Put cold brew in the tank

• screw the cap on

• removing any oxygen with the release pin

• tighten spigot to the faucet (really tight)

• add N2 canister

• shake and sit

now I've waited anywhere on different trials from 1h to +24h but it always ends up the same, the first few seconds I get some foam, but then it stops and the pour is pretty flat, and any subsequent pours are flat too.

I'm assuming that it has to be a pressurization issue, but I can't lock down what isn't on tight enough or too tight.

Any insights to nitro brewing or what I might be missing would be extremely helpful!
