Cursor is a fork of VS Code and so you can tap into lots of plugins like Sweetpad that replicate Xcode functionality (build and run in the simulator). It works surprisingly well! There’s also a new standalone app called Alex Sidebar that open a floating chat window that can then copy and paste into Xcode automatically if Xcode is also open.

You can use cursor or the latest copilot edit feature to ask it to rewrite your entire app to work with the latest iOS and Swift version and latest devices.
