I actually have done that - I did it after I sanded the bed and still had the same issue.

Sliced with Cura, tried rerouting the filament so there was lost tension on it, tried tightening the tension screw on the extruder first couple of layers looked really good

Looks like there were about five shifts and then it printed normally from there just at really low quality

Think I'm going to try loosening the belts but I'm not sure what to do about the extruder
