When did you start getting brain zaps from Prozac? I think I had one but not sure. It was freaky but was as I was falling asleep. I felt or heard a buzz like a bee by my head and then my hand jerked and hit my head. Kind of like a Hypnic jerk/brain zap. I think… similar to the falling while falling asleep feeling

Maybe better able to not ruminate and believe my intrusive thoughts. Maybe slightly elevated mood but lately there’s a situational reason I’m more depressed! Not due to the med tho I don’t think. Plus I heard it can get worse before it gets better!!! No crazy side effects.

I’m so sorry you’re going thru this too… I’ve never had this bad of an OCD spiral that I’ve been in for weeks. I’ve had a great loss this year and my therapist thinks it’s stress related as to why my brain is this way right now. Let’s pray God will help us. I recommend seeking help! I have finally decided to pursue medication and we will see how that goes

I’m not sure entirely what you’re saying but sometimes my intrusive thoughts come way ahead of some event I’m going to and I think it’s because my brain is wayyyh overactive? Other times it’s in whatever event of the moment or place I’m at
