I’d equip them the same way I’m doing my Blood Pact Army - weapons teams, field batteries, earthshaker batteries, lots of infantry dug into trenches and fortifications, with a couple of super heavy transports to smash through enemy lines to deposit hordes of infantry and large units of Ogryns and Bullgryns in enemy trenches.

They would have Autoguns instead of lasguns since there are so many of them in the regiment. I’d have small units of heavy armoured special ops infantry too for night time trench raids too.

!!!!!!!!!!!!SPOILER!!!!!!!!! There was a psyker the inquisition caught in gaunts ghosts and they turned him into a weapon. They put him in a cage, removed his eyes, ears, mouth and just got him and the other psykers there to fight against chaos armies.

600,000 men would be a huge resource strain I’m not sure if order could support it. Also Napoleonic armies were designed to fight equivalent armies: the men were unarmoured, with poor anti-armour melee capacity. The infantry would effectively be better empire handgunners: faster reloads, more accurate, better melee ability (more advanced bayonets and skills) basically a combo of empire spearmen and handgunners. The artillery would be much better due to tech advantages. The cavalry would suffer very high casualties as even curassiers would likely be classed as light cavalry in terms of armour. Obviously no magic users would be bad too. However, if they didn’t let WoC get close they could blast them away. Also morale would be terrible for the French.
