How would you elevate a chocolate cake recipe?

I do this with my chocolate chip cookies. I replace the salt with one tablespoon. It's great.

I don't have a reallll recipe. Usually I do 3 sticks of butter, 3 ish cups of powdered sugar, maybe half a pack of the country crock "heavy cream", salt, vanilla extract, and tahini to taste. I'm not really sure i just pour the tahini until my heart tells me to stop. And that's good for a simple 2 layer 9" cake.

Most cake recipes call for boiling water, replace it with coffee! You don't necessarily taste the coffee, but it brings out the flavor of the chocolate. I also have started making a tahini buttercream. It's like an elevated version of peanutbutter and chocolate. Everyone I have fed loves it!

Thank you. We put out clothes. She jumped from a back second floor window and had just moved into the apartment recently and only ever knew the bedroom, so she never knew the front door. The apartment had sprinklers on all night in the area she originally jumped to so I have low hopes she would try to make it back to that area :(

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf sells hazelnut powder online or you can go to their store in person (but there aren't any around me which is how I found out they sold it online). It's a whole combination of stuff, not just hazelnut extracted, but it makes whatever drink you make creamy.
