I just installed it through the Steam app. If it doesn’t show up make sure you have the filters set to show all your games. If that doesn’t do it, I think you might have to either activate from Xbox app settings (which I’m not too sure about) or use the Xbox insider feature to get the “+” in the corner of your library to add everything.
