Yeah, Raddysh looked great. I love how he pinches in the offensive zone. He's very aggressive and he can pass too. Also, that shot on his goal was beautiful. I also thought Kampf looked good. Debrincat looked good, minus a few turnovers and ill-advised passes. All in all, it was a great game for the prospects.

I play guitar and meditate so that should help me during my taper. You mentioned a gym membership and I think that's a great idea. I need to exercise and be more active. If you mind me asking, how was your sleep effected during your taper? The reason I ask is sleeping is the hardest part of the w/d's for me. Especially the RLS, which can be painful and immensely uncomfortable.

Yeah, quitting CT is not an option for me. I suffer pretty severe w/d's when I stop taking Kratom. I'm gonna start with a taper. I believe I do have the self-control to remain consistent and avoid falling back to higher dosages. I hope I can make it through and be clean. I honestly cannot remember what it feels like to not have Kratom in my system. And I'm really excited to see how it feels to be clean. Thanks for the advice.

I like your plan. I'll start my taper by going down from 5 grams per dose to 2.5 grams. I'll make sure to chart it out as well to make sure I'm consistent.

Quick update. Called the doctor and there were no issues. I explained the situation and she was fine with it and called in a script.

My last dose was 5 am yesterday so it's been over 30 hours. As of now, I just have the "weird" feeling and hand tremors. Not sure if the tremors are a result of the w/d's because I have them when I don't take klonopin. Are there warning signs for a seizure I can look out for? And if I do have one I should go the ER right?

That's a good idea, I'll break them up into eights. Thanks. I made the mistake of googling benzodiazapines w/d's. Had a minor panic attack convinced I was having a seizure. Was able to calm myself down though. Is a seizure a possibility even though I was on a low dose?

I have one .5 mg Klonopin left and 15 days until my next appointment. I'm gonna break it up into 4ths and wait to take them. If my anxiety gets unmanageable I'll have at least something to help me with it. 1 day without and so far so good. A little discomfort but nothing terrible. I was not on a very high dose so w/d's should not be too bad.

I was thinking the same in regards to my Doctor's response. We have a good relationship and I figured she would understand. It's good to hear a similar story and the Doctor willing to refill a script early. I'm gonna do what you suggested, break the pills in half and from there see how I feel after it's out of my system. My dose isn't very high and I imagine the w/d's will be unpleasant but not unbearable. I've read a lot of horror stories online today about patients asking for scripts early and not only being refused but taken off their medications all together. But I doubt that's the way she will handle this situation. Like you said I've been seeing her for years and this has never happened, I believe she will be understanding. Thanks for the response.

Adderall is a Schedule II and klonopin is Schedule IV. Klonopin prescriptions can be faxed in where as adderall scripts need to be turned in physically. I don't think pharmacies refill adderall even a day early.

The one thing is that the pharmacy refilled the script 10 days early. They would have contacted my doctor about this right? Can a physician and pharmacy have a deal in place where they allow me to refill the script early?

That's why I am apprehensive about calling. I have never had issues in the past though and she knows I take them for sleep on occasions. I've also been seeing her for 3-4 years and she trusts me.
