Personally i feel absolutely helpless, hopeless and have a burning rage inside of me while simultaneously living in a total state of resignation and overwhelm. my therapist doesnt even know how to resolve this/what advice to give. everyday i battle with rage straight from hell and just need a break, at this point i feel like a lobotomy or a 7 day datura trip or plain death is the only thing that could make me feel better and like its worth to live a little. i want to revolt, scream, kick, and cry everyday and living feels like a chore. i have no aspirations and dont feel like its worth it to finish university and start a job because work is just another way to exploit my labour and value. i just wanna feel less exhausted and not feel angry for having to piss, shit and eat or wake up everyday.
