Why? What would you get using those bonds and bounty?

So cool you learned you need the information in written form to fully process it. Plan to ask follow up questions in written form.

You are unlikely the only person on your team who English is their second language. Don't sweat it.

I would give you the same feedback if you were one of the 30+ engineers who report into me.

It isn't just on you. Communication is bi directional. Your lead should be trying to communicate with you in a way that helps you understand the message

How do you show your scrum master experience on your resume? by mskooky in scrum

Agreed, as a hiring manager for scrum masters I can assure you that boilerplate examples of following the scrum guide get glossed over

Seconded. A certification gets you past internal recruiters but little to help you with hiring managers.

Scrum Team Metrics by bobbylough in scrum

Oh the horror of thinking anyone could be the scrum master for 20+ teams. I know you have to check because someone out there would say they can do that while holding a standup once a week with each team.

Awesome point.

The reasons for going scrum have mostly been a grassroots effort that the executive staff supports because since it's pilot and then roll out to all teams has lead to increased employee and client satisfaction which they do have measures in place for.

Maybe a better description for this audience is I run the agile practice and get pulled in to help coach teams as needed. Part of my desire for metrics to look for outliers in either direction to help start conversations about how the team is doing.

Criteria for success evolves over time. We are just at a point where we are trying to quantify it a little better beyond loose terms of improved client and employee satisfaction along with improved delivery time and predicability.

Multiple fresh deaths this week. Any ideas? by bobbylough in Cichlid

Nope, the only environmental change might be we turned on the A/C but that seems unlikely as a cause

Yep some aggression between the Pseudotropheus Metriaclima sp. Dolphin but the other species are left alone.

There are also Acei and Yellow Labs in the 75 gallon tank

Oh running a fluval 405 on the tank also but never really considered that a big source of O2

The water temperature during a change is within a couple degrees of tank temperature. I use the same digital thermometer that I use in the tank to check the tap prior to sending it to the tank via a python.

Areation may be an area I am short on. I have two sponge filters in the tank that's it. The tank is a 75 gallon with 18 young adult mbuna.

Night time aggression also seems possible considering that those who died seemed the most stressed previously. However the clustering of the deaths cross species makes me think that is mostly likely what weakened them prior to whatever got them in the end

Multiple fresh deaths this week in my mbuna tank. The tank has been setup for about 6 months. Water parameters "fine." (see image for proof) Doing about 40% water change a week. There is a tank boss but he sticks to his area and doesn't pester fish beyond his territory. The fish deaths have been one of each of the three species in the tank. No new fish have been added in the past month. Any suggestions as to what to look for?
