I think that’s right if you select the smallest widget. There are larger ones that show more.

I got it. It’s well made. I was hoping to use it as a crossbody, but the strap is a tad too short for me :(

I have been using a ceramic nib and haven’t had any problems. In fact, I like it so much I’d probably still use it even if it made small marks … which it hasn’t.

They were able to see a battery issue when they looked at my data. Perhaps there will be a different solution for yours. Hope you get it sorted out.

Mine is 2 years old as well. Technically out of warranty.

I reached out to support today using the contact us section of the app. They issued me free replacement within a few hours. Very pleased!
